Mahmood Khan - The Man Who Redefined Live Music
For ages, people have been in love with live music. Every fan loves to see his/her favorite artist perform live. It has been a quite a debate whether a live music concert is better or the recorded albums. Well, the answer to this depends from person to person.
Artists like The Beetles, John Lennon, Bob Marley, and many others have been great legends and the audience has always cherished their work while performing live. Amidst all these legends is another musician, Mahmood Khan, the one who was born and brought up in Pakistan. His music career is something that is evident worldwide, as Khan became an international music artist.
With the consecutive hits like “Like the River, Only One, and You and I”, this songwriter and music producer has had a music career with mainstream success. Mahmood Khan is often referred to as one of the few artists who have the capability to bind an audience, when they perform live. It was not until 1995 that Khan released his first album, which, however, did not do well in the music industry. However, he did not lose hope and kept trying to overcome his failures. In 1997, his second solo album got released, after which there was no looking back.
When Mahmood Khan performs live music on the stage, the whole aura transforms from an ordinary arena into a place filled with divinity. This is one thing that the audience can experience during the performance of Khan, only. The most famous performance by Khan was at Sydney Opera House in 2013, where he performed his legendary song, “Like the River”, live. Since then, fans have loved him all the more. It was not until mid January when it was revealed that in the concert, Khan had used the 432 Hz frequency note, which is believed to be a healing note for mind and body.
Mahmood Khan is indeed one of those artists who have redefined the live music. When the original video clip of the song “Like the River” was being shot, it was then that the idea of shooting and releasing the live music performance as the official video hit Khan and his team. This was one of the most daring acts ever done by any music artist and this paid him with great success of the song. This song is so loved by Khan’s fans that it is often called as an Anthem.
